Poete is an independent clothing company which focuses primarily on a unique and retro style for the youth of today. With intense awheness and drive, the Poete family is confident that it will generate a tremendous interest and capture the hearts and souls of many.
The word 'Poete' is French for 'poet' and this describes the Muse of our designs perfectly. We want to reach out to people, artists and laymen alike. That first step is usually a warm greeting, but in this case just a quote “learn who you are and be such”.
Poete Clothing is inspired by the youth, cultures and the music that our daily lives revolve around and which we associate people with. With the strong belief that the ideas derived from daily lives are more a desire than a religion, we are intent on presenting a real and sincere concept and therefore the gist of our designs are usually beyond the graphics on our shirts.
